PETROVIETNAM Tops Vietnam's Top 100 State-Owned Enterprises with Largest State Budget Contributions

According to statistical data from CafeF's 2026 STATE 100 ranking, the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group (PETROVIETNAM) tops the list of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) making the largest state budget contributions in Vietnam, with the parent company's contribution alone reaching VND 90,991 billion. PETROVIETNAM is also the corporate group with the highest number of member entities featured in this ranking.

GD&TĐ - Vietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS), a key unit of the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group (Petrovietnam), achieved many important accomplishments in the first six months of 2026. Against the backdrop of ongoing armed conflicts in the Middle East severely impacting the global energy market, according to the audited interim consolidated financial report by Deloitte Vietnam, Vietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS), a key unit of the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group ( Petrovietnam ), recorded consolidated revenue exceeding VND 82 trillion, pre-tax profit exceeding VND 11.2 trillion, and after- tax profit exceeding VND 9.0 trillion in the first six months of 2026. This surpassed all six-month targets for all indicators; and met and exceeded the annual targets for profit and state budget contributions. These results reflect PV GAS's ability to sustain growth as well as its crucial role in ensuring national energy security
